Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015).

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email: beautytherapy.iris@gmail.com.

2. Conditions of Return

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging (unopened). Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetic products or creams unless they are faulty.

3. Returning the Goods

You must send the goods back to us within 14 days of informing us of the cancellation. Please send items to our Trading Address:

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you within 14 days using the original payment method.
